A least when we fail to win the world cup again this year and are looking for excuses we can put the blame firmly on J T 's todger

And what with Ashley Cole looking dodgy at left-back, we should all just blame Chelsea.

It's a ridiculous state of affairs (no pun intended).

Bridge needs to grow a pair.

A footballer's career is relatively short. He probably will now never play in a World Cup. That's a long time to be remembered mainly for one thing, ie dropping out.

I do hope he has thought it through fully and properly.

In my experience things than don't make sense literally don't make sense.

I think Wayne Bridge should be the bigger man and let John Terry worry about any problems John Terry has caused.

Leighton Baines is better than Bridge anyway. I detest Bridge, but i don't know why

Actually she did, apparently they have a daughter.
Even though the whole thing has,as usual, in this country been blown out of all proportion by the god awful tabloids, I do feel that Bridge has made the correct decision,he and Terry were close friends and neighbours so I understand,so Terry's actions are pretty low,and trying to get a court injunction to prevent it being made public, speaks volumes for his guilt.
I can imagine my reaction if one of my close friends started an affair with a current or ex wife, girlfriend, and there was a child of mine involved, i'm afraid i'd have great difficulty controlling myself and certainly would find it impossible to work alongside such a lowlife.
There would also be 2 factions in the world cup squad, those that have stood by Terry and those supporting Bridge, not good for team morale.

It remains to be seen, but up till now Bridge has kept his own counsel and hasn't gone down the road that the majority of the half wit celebrity footballers do, and sell his story to the gutter press.
If Terry was a man he'd publicly apologise to,his wife, Bridge,Capello and all England fans.

    Couple of points here.

I think that what Wayne Bridge is getting the hump about is that she wasn't his "ex" at the time,
and John Terry certainly wasn't a free agent and its a wee bit low to start shagging your best mates Other Half!

But more importantly. I seem to recall that John Terry tried to get a Court Order in place to prevent this all going into the free press? This would mean that in all probability, Wayne Bridge would have dropped out of the England squad for personal reasons. This would have made him look stupid and allowed John Terry to get away with it all with his reputation intact.

I had dealings with John Terry at the begining of his career and thought he was a bit of an arse, but over the past few years it loked like he had grown up and was a decent bloke. Looks like I was wrong!

I believe that Wayne Bridge has a valid rerason for taking the stand that he has. (And yes I know what an affect it would have on the England team.)

Mind you I did like Tony Gale's priceless comment on Sky Sports. He said that Bridge should have stayed in the squad and on joining up, should have"Stuck one on" Terry!

    Nice one!
