Subscribing to the Ebbsfleet Channel
To subscribe to the Ebbsfleet Channel users must perform the following steps.
1. Visit http://www.tvmobili.com/download.php and download and install the appropriate TVMOBiLi software for your computer’s operating system (Windows 7 users should use the XP/Vista Link).
2. Once installed, on the window that appears you must click on the ‘Registration’ tab and enter in your details.
3. After you have registered you should click on the ‘Configure’ tab. On this page a box called ‘Channels’ will appear - Click on that box and you will be presented with a list of channels to subscribe to. Locate the ‘Ebbsfleet’ channel in that list and click on the link. This will present you with a further page and a ’subscribe’ button. Click on the ‘Subscribe’ button.
4. You will be sent to the paypal site by our software to enter your payment details. We never see your credit card/account details as this is all taken care of by paypal themselves.
5. Once payment has been made, our system will activate your subscription - this normally takes ~5 minutes to activate so if the icon does not appear immediately do not panic.
6. Click on the ‘View/Listen’ tab. In the window that appears you will see a folder called ‘Channels’ - Click on this folder and then click on the Ebbsfleet channel that appears under that.
7. Once the Ebbsfleet channel appears click on the Link and then click on the Folders that appear in the following order.
Content->Matches.
8. You will now see a list of matches from the Ebssfleet channel. Over time this list will grow and you will be able to watch past matches from the season. If you click on a match and you get the message 'File Cannot Be Streamed' this is most likely because the subscription payment ahs not yet been activiated and you should give the system ~5 minutes to activate.
9. For users who have a playstation 3, xBox, Netgear DMA1000, or iPhone/iPod Touch you can get TVMOBiLi direct on that device. (iPhone/iPod Touch users will need to download a 3rd party application called 'Plug Player' from the Apple application store.)
