Roca - Just noticed the pledge says "Myfc members..." I think that needs to be changed. I know the idea originally arose over on MyFC but it doesn't matter a damn who signs up to the pledge as long as they do?
If you contact the Pledgebank admin people they will usually edit pledges where it does not change the appeal total or the objective too much. Try asking them? Change the wording "Myfc members" to "Fleet supporters"?
(P.S- I'm signed up

Done!
Hopefully it changes, cause you're right, this pledge is for everyone! And since we seem to have a loyal coach i'd say let's get him this extra bit to get things going!
Thanks for joining the effort!UP the Fleet!

Have stopped moaning and decided to do something positive. Don't want the Club blowing all thats been achieved over the last decade or so.
£10 to Friends of the Fleet, from 5th June. Only issue I had was with the Standing Order Name of "Ebbsfleet United Football Club Limited". The Online form doesn't allow this many letters. However, Bank assures me that if A/N and Sort Code are correct this shouldnt be an issue. Might be worth a mention on "Friends of the Fleet" link, as the name bit confused the hell out of me when setting up the standing order.
Also pledged to give £50 to Roca's thread. Seems like a worthwhile cause and if it doesn't reach the magical number guess you could always ask people to throw in another £10 or so.
Roca also mentions about an advertising pledge on MYFC. Are there any details on this site? It sounds interesting and yes the Club needs to advertise locally better (I've whinged in the past). How do non-MYFC members contribute to this?
Still contemplating Season Ticket purchase. All depends on how many games I realistically think I will attend next season. I'm keen to see the Club improve and would like MYFC make a success of it but still need convincing in all honesty. Still I'd much rather help the Club then turn against it.
Blimey! I must have sunstroke!

Thanks Jim!
The advertising pledge is a MyFc thing because it's being paid through the MyFc fund...
BUT (ofcourse!) if you'd like to help...
We've had 255 Gbp pledged, the society costs are 610 Gbp remaining.
A donation is possible by adding it to the Big red boost button...
If you let us know here it's aimed at the advertisings i will have Rugbyswift sort that out...
Hopefully these 6 ads will get us some red and white at the ground!

The net playing weekly playing budget ( ie after taxes and National insurance ) has been shown on the MyFC website at £4,000 Per Week.
Due to donations made by fans & members , that figure is now shown as £4,210
I will try and update this page each Monday as it increases.

Important to keep in mind as well that the budgeted figure of £4,000/ week already included an assumption of £625/ week in donations. The £210/ week is what has been donated so far over and above the £625/ week. It is still low, but growing daily. We are currently running an auction on the MyFc site. (Football forum).
5 books are left in this auction which is about to end in a sudden death very soon...
I hope we can complete the sale of at least 50:mugpunter59 wrote:Hello, my name's Paul Harrison and I wrote 'Gravesend and Northfleet FC', a book published in 2006 (just before the Fleet became Ebbsfleet Utd) to celebrate 60 years of the club.
We all know that next season is going to be tough, so I'd like to do my bit.
There are 50 copies of my book left and I'd like to sell them to the highest bidders with all proceeds (minus postage) going towards Liam Daish's playing budget next year. As an added incentive, each copy will be signed by Liam.
RRP is £12.99, so this will be a staring price but I'm hoping that members will be able to dig deep to raise as much as possible.
Anyone wants a copy and get to know all about history and support the budget while doing so?
Thanks folks!Posted 7 months ago # -
