EUFC & MyFC - Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Survey

Hello. I am a Cass Business School student doing a study on customer satisfaction and loyalty at Ebbsfleet United (EUFC).

Please would you respond to the following survey? There are 19 questions in this survey and this should take no longer than 2-3 minutes to complete.
    https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?hl=en&formkey=dHBpdTlXWl9ENHlWdTdHcGNKNHMyaGc6MA

The aim of this survey is to understand what you as fans of Ebbsfleet United Football Club, and some of you as Members of MyFootballClub (the community which owns and collectively manages the club) feel and think about your club.

The results from this study will be shared with both EUFC and MyFC to allow the club to act based on your feedback and better understand you as fans, and as people.

This study will also indicate to the club how strong their fan base is in terms of satisfaction and loyalty, allowing the club to better position itself towards the future.

I hope you will be able to take a few minutes to complete this questionnaire. Without the help of people like you, this research could not be conducted. This survey is completely anonymous so please provide your most honest opinions to each of the questions asked.

Thank you for your time, this is greatly appreciated.

Please note - For many of you that are not members of MyFC, this is a good chance for you to have your opinions heard from an independent source so I would encourage your response.

This survey will also be sent via email to all members of MyFC shortly and has already been posted on their forum. I will also be doing surveys for all fans (with the help of a group of friends!) at Saturday's match vs. Luton so hopefully I will see some of you there!

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me, Ravi Khan (ravness@gmail.com) or a representative from the MyFC Society Board. Alternatively, you may discuss on this thread.

Please would a moderator be able to pin this topic until a sufficient amount of results have been collected? (Approximately a week)

I won't pin it, as it is not directly related to Fleet, or fundraising.
I will do the survey later on , and good luck with your studies.
If sufficient interest is shown , it will stay near the top of the tree.

The school had an outbound motor vessel running on the Thames many years ago called the "Sir John Cass" often used to see her running up and down the river.

We have seen what those that have attended Business school have done to the Economy these past couple of years.

MYFC satisfaction survey? from 32,000 members down to 4000 in two years and the bright business student needs a survey, is it any wonder the country is in a mess.

    Not from me.

It's pretty all about loyalty to EUFC and match experience.

Not sure how you can really rate a match experience.

If we lose 5-0, it's rubbish.
If we win 5-0, it's brilliant.

Hey, I'm going have to ignore most of the comments above, as I don't really want to go off course here but this study is mainly for the club's needs (EUFC) and yes this is a satisfaction survey, but my research delves a considerable amount deeper than that.

I'd be keen to send you my dissertation once its done and then you might better understand the focus of this survey, and its relevance to my study.

Do i really need too? He THINKS his business school is named after Sir John Cass, yet his survey will give the club all the tools to understand the the fans. Students that don't have a clue how their school got its name are hardly going to reveal anything new are they.

How rude !! But then of course you know who the people are who caused the World Economic turmoil ? If you don't I am sure there is a list in the Daily Mail !! But don't generalise !

Hey I completely agree with what you mean about match day experience. I would have liked to branch that question out into smaller factors, but I'm limited by the amount I needed to cover in the time frame and word count.

What I would better explain match day experience as would be factors such as sight lines, atmosphere, quality of football/team performance, safety etc.

Also the I know the timing wasn't great and I'm going to just have to mention that in my limitations for the study, but I included several behavioural factors to try and weigh that out which should hopefully give more accurate results.

Never had any trouble with all three of those to be honest.

Luton away was a bit of a pain due to the way the stands were constructed but I think you are more interested in the Stonebridge Road side of things.

If BN is a Dartford fan then that would explain his grudge against students as well as his fasinating attempt to spell fascinating.
