lets say a week or two after the season, why dont we have a fund raising match between an ebbsfleet X1 (old players) v an dartford X1, im sure this would attract a big(ish) crowd, and would raise extra funds for the club just a thought?

dont contact dartford, contact their old players! if someone could contact andy ford about this that would be a step forward because i think he knows how to do this sort of thing, because i think he organized the testimonial v spurs the other year?

If Chester get thrown out the league we could do with some sort of high profile friendly or exhibition match on the 27th March to recover the lost revenue, Trouble is finding opposition when most clubs will be engaged in League fixtures.

how about a All Star fleet XI Vs New Fleet XI, i'm sure there are more then enough players who'd want to come back to play in a fleet shirt one last time, and possibly if you explain the situation to them, that the club needs media interest to get people through the Gates, i'm sure people would love to come and play.
Then maybe do a one off raffle, with prizes such as signed photograph with the teams/player of choice before the match, signed fleet shirt signed by all the players, and maybe free trial with MyFc to either use for yourself or give to a friend.
I'm sure if this was advertised well (the local/national press getting involved) we could make a bit of money to put back into the club. maybe beat the sell out crowd for the free game against swindon subs..

This might sound a bit random, but how about if we organised there to be a game every week or two at SR between the Fleet and A.N.Other team in the BSP (people will be interested to see how we get on against a team at the same level - league-wise - as us)? I'm sure this would bring in the crowds. We could also do other stuff like sell food and drink, maybe charge for car parking? Is this so mad an idea?
