So we're to have another two (or I guess 3?) shirts this season, which the club will be getting from a company called Lotto. The shirts apparently will cost us £16 + Vat.
There's currently a discussion over on MyFC about shirt prices, what price do you think they should go for? The prices being thrown about seem to be multiples of 5 minus a penny, so £19.99, 24.99. 29.99, 34.99 and 39.99

I think they should sell them to anyone with last years shirt (not me BTW) for half price seing how we were promised that we wouldn't get fleeced again (there'll be a pun there) by having to buy a new home kit yet another year in a row (I think Thatcher was in power the last year they didn't have a new home kit at the start of the season lol)

    What do you all think?

Do you have a picture of the kit?

Here are a few examples of Lotto shirts:

I favour the last one, but don't really care about the shirts...

I don't believe there have been any pics of our designs shown (I'm no longer a member of MyFC) but apparently the home kit will be red and white and the away kit purple

Lotto shirts arent the greatest - and tend to come up as a very "snug" fit...

The 2nd one down is the generic Lotto shirt, used by many clubs as their 2nd/3rd change.

If Eurostar only signed a one-year extension to their sponsorship, there is also the possibility of another new one for 11/12...

There will be at least one more new kit next season I'm sure Pat.

You don't have 24 odd kits in 11 years and then skip a season lol

I think that nobody is getting fleeced by having to buy a new home kit for the simple reason that nobody has to buy the new home kit.

If you want to buy it then do but if you think you are being fleeced then don't.

There you go, problem solved now onto the next one.

Third world debt.......write a cheque lads.

We are the new Harchester United. Actually, I wouldn't put it past us to do some wacky deal with Sky to be the new real-life 'dream team'...

    You may be right Robert.

I only said Oxford in jest as it was a big, blue stand with no-one in it.

Dunno, I know quite a few parents who'd disagree with your comment there DN

Stick them at £34.99 for the sake of the clubs finances.

If the MyFC membership have anything to do with it, no doubt the retail price will be at least 15% higher then a similar shirt elsewhere.

Another opportunity to 'rip-off' the clubs supporters?

Wonder if this is a little dig at Southill Alexander?

Lotto shirts are ok, also the shirts are of a good quality.

An idea i posted on the myfc forum is once the price is set then offer a part exchange on old shirts say a couple of pounds discount and these given to one of the many charities that hand out shirts around the world

Probably more like Eastenders, whereby one is being scammed by somebody quite close to home.

Surely it's got to be more of a comedy, thinking about it.
